Sweet baby Harper! Such a beautiful little baby girl- and soooo peaceful. I knew her mommy in high school and I’ve got to say it’s so fun to see people you knew way back when starting their families. Jenny- you have a BEAUTIFUL family!

I found this little doll bed at a flea market and fell in love! I couldn’t wait to use it for a newborn session… and baby Harper was the lucky gal!

I was in LOVE with Harper’s nursery! I love how simple it is but yet so girly and sweet! And that butterfly mobile was so beautiful!

Thanks again you guys for letting me take pictures of your beautiful baby girl! She is precious!

Important Schedule Information!

Just a quick announcement about my upcoming schedule! There’s a lot happening in the Noe household for the month of September! My almost 3 year-old daughter is not only starting preschool but also dance. This is exciting for us! But it also means that my Wednesdays and Thursdays are going to be completely out. It seems I am getting a lot of calls about Family Photo Shoots and senior photo shoots, so before I can take on more than I can handle, I am going to list my available dates left for this year. There aren’t many! So if you’re thinking about booking something this year, please get with me soon so that I can get you on my calendar! Otherwise, you’re looking at waiting until Spring for the opportunity of photos. Thanks for understanding and I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!

This was a last minute family session for another family that I LOVE right before the 2 oldest go back to college!! They got up with me reaaaallly early so that we could take advantage of the beautiful early morning light and I must say that it was sooo worth it. To some it up, this family is full of fun, love and humor. They totally made my job easy!

The iPhone craze… I can’t say much because my husband and I are hooked too!

What a sweet bunch- don’t you think?? I really enjoyed our fun session!! (And I can’t believe how cheerful they all were!)

Lexington Kentuck Muliples Photographer: The Blodgett Family

Sometimes as a photographer you get a glimpse into people’s lives that leaves an impression on you. The Blodgett family left an impression. I can’t imagine that taking care of 6 month old triplets, a 2 year old and a 4 year old would ever be easy- but this family makes it look that way! Stephanie is definitely super mom. I’m sure there are days where she feels like the rest of us moms- tired, overwhelmed and ready to hand the kids over to someone else but I can tell you that this mommy has it. And let me tell you- I’m sure it was hard enough to get them all ready for pictures but then we had to worry about the on and off rain! After a few family shots at the park we ended up running to our cars in the rain with 3 babies and 2 toddlers! And we still ended up with some sweet family shots!

It was so fun to see the once sleepy newborns now rolling all over the place!

Big brother and sister were also adorable. LOVE these pictures!

Lexington Kentucky Family Portraits: The Hamilton Family

I met Kelly through my work with Ronald McDonald House. I’m telling you- this woman is something else. Kelly is pretty much the kind of person I’d love to be. Kind, giving, and an amazing mom who has a wonderful relationship with her children (her children obviously adore her) and her husband (who ALSO obviously adores her). Oh and beautiful too! I hate to say it but families like this are far and few between nowadays it seems. I hope that as my children get older, I can be the kind of mother she is to her children! And the thing is, her family is just as wonderful. They were so fun to be around! So I guess I can also say that I hope I can have this kind of a close-knit family as my children get older! This was their last “immediate” family portrait together… the oldest daughter is getting married soon and the younger daughter is going off to college. There were a lot of emotions at this photo shoot and tender moments that made my eyes tear up! I’m such a sap anyway. I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves about how wonderful this family is!

These next few have got to be my favorite from the session… so so sweet.

And Sara, I’m sorry to have to break it to ya but your thirteen year old little brother is no longer little. He is DEFINITELY taller than you ;)

Lauren and Brady’s engagement sneak peek

Lauren and Brady had me at hello. Seriously, could they have been any sweeter? Just picture in your head a super cute little blonde in a beautiful dress walking through tall grass in her high heels just laughing. That was Lauren. And then picture her fiance swooping her up in the most beautiful morning light. Wait, you don’t have to picture it in your head because I have pictures of it all right here!

There are so many pictures from this session that take my breath away…

It turned out to be such a beautiful day for pictures… we really lucked out!! I must admit I REALLY hate the August heat in Kentucky! But our session was more than bearable! Thanks Lauren and Brady for the fun time- can’t wait for the wedding next year! I mean, I REALLY can’t wait!

Lexington Kentucky Wedding Photography: Tim and Roisin

When I met Roisin and her mother for the first time, I was absolutely smitten. Just the sweetest people ever! (And I must admit Roisin’s mom’s Irish accent also really charmed me) I couldn’t wait for the wedding… and it did not disappoint!

Although Roisin grew up in Kentucky among horses and black fences, she is currently living in California… and I get the impression she has a little bit of a west coast spirit about her! From the Reef flip flops for the bridesmaids’ gifts, to a beautiful rendition of Jack Johnson’s “Angel” as she walked down the aisle (can you say one of my most FAVORITE songs ever?) as well as the tropical flowers that graced her bouquet and cake, this was a beautiful Kentucky wedding with a little bit of California flair.

The day started out at Alure Salon and Spa where Roisin and her girls got ready.

The crew did a BEAUTIFUL job with Roisin’s hair and make up!

The ceremony took place at Mary Queen of the Holy Rosary and it was one of the sweetest I’ve seen yet. I couldn’t stop my tears as one of Roisin’s friends sang a beautiful arrangement of Jack Johnson’s “Angel”… which also just happens to be one of my most favorite songs ever!

The light was so beautiful that evening as we headed back to the reception, which was held at the Equestrian Woods Clubhouse. We stopped by to visit the horses and took some pictures in the beautiful glow of the evening sun!

So honored to be a part of this beautiful wedding! There were so many amazing pictures I wanted to share… but this is really only supposed to be a sneak peek!! I had two very wonderful second shooters this time… my trusty and talented friend Sarah Lassen, and a new face, Kay Tanner. Kay is 17 years-old and really impressed me with what she had to offer! I’m sure you’ll see more of her in the future!! Thanks goes out to these 2 gals for all their hardwork!

Kentucky Family Photographer: The Brooks Family

Tricia is one of my sweetest prettiest good friends-and I totally love her family (my kids do too!) We had been planning a session for months now- so I was happy we finally got it to happen even if it was kind of on a whim!

Tricia is a model- in fact you may have seen her in a few commercials on TV and some billboards around town- so it’s no surprise her girls know how to strike a pose!

It’s so obvious there is so much love in this family!

Sigh. Love this family so much! It was fun hanging out with you guys!

A Quick Sneek Peek for the Abe Family :)

I was so excited to get to go back to take more pictures of the beautiful Abe family! Family was all in town, so they decided they wanted to take pictures in their traditional dress before all heading their separate ways. I loved their beautiful outfits! Even the babies had miniature outfits that matched!

The kids are just ALL adorable.

And of course we had to take pictures of the boys in their Ireland “football” (aka soccer) uniforms!

Seriously such a beautiful and absolutely warm-hearted family! Thanks again everyone!
